Acceptable Use Policy

To maintain a safe and reliable service, users agree to the following:

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the service to:

  • Break the law or assist others in doing so
  • Interfere with or disrupt platform functionality
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Access data or accounts that are not yours
  • Mine, scrape, or harvest data, content, or outputs without permission
  • Upload malicious software, scripts, or automated bots
  • Use the product to build competing datasets by automated extraction
  • Use the Service, its outputs, or any content we publish to train, fine-tune, or develop AI or machine-learning models, whether for your own use or for third parties
  • Infringe our intellectual property or misuse the Authorlytica name, logo, or branding (see Terms of Service §10)
  • Abuse support channels or attempt fraudulent refunds

2. Fair Use

  • Automated access is only allowed via official APIs, where available.
  • Excessive use that degrades the service for others may be restricted.
  • Shared accounts or password-sharing is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

3. Content Responsibility

You remain responsible for all content you input, create, or store using the service.

You must ensure your content does not violate copyright, privacy laws, or others' rights.

4. Social Conduct

When using social features (friends, activity feed, comments, nudges), you agree to:

  • Treat other users with respect
  • Not harass, bully, or intimidate others
  • Not send unwanted, repetitive, or abusive nudges
  • Not post offensive, hateful, or inappropriate comments
  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent yourself
  • Not use social features for spam, advertising, or solicitation
  • Respect others' privacy settings and boundaries

Moderation:

  • Activity owners can delete any comment on their activities
  • You can delete your own comments
  • You can unfriend or block users who behave inappropriately
  • You can disable nudges and comments in your privacy settings
  • Report abuse or harassment: email contact@adamrendo.com with the username and a description of the incident. We aim to respond within 30 days.

We rely on mutual respect among users. Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination.

Serious abuse may be reported to authorities if required by law.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time, for any reason, including expanding or narrowing the list of prohibited activities. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice where required by law. Non-material updates may be made without prior notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
